Our WEEK 3 meet has been moved to be at The ELKS Lodge for June 11th.

The Week 3 Meet that was scheduled to be at POTC has changed and will now be hosted at The Elks Club. Amy is switching The Elks to the host team in SwimTopia. I ask that you have your entries completed by Sunday at noon if possible. If you need more time, please let me know. We will have the gates open at 7:00am, warm ups will start at 8:00am, meet starts at 9:00am. Heat sheets will be $5 (Venmo or cash) at the door, we will most likely have the Concessions available, that will depend on staff availability.

Please note also: We need Volunteers as noted here.  Message from THE ELKS: be prepared to provide timers. Here is what we are predicting will be needed: Timer Shifts are from 9-10/10-11/11-12/12-1 Elks: 3 per hour plus head timer. Head timer (1) Lane 1 (2) and Lane 2 (1) POTC: Need 3 per hour for Lane 2 (1) and Lane 3 (2) Jump: Need 3 per hour for Lane 4 (2) and Lane 5 (1) Haynesville: Need 3 per hour for Lane 5 (1) and Lane 6 (2) Please let me know if you have any questions.
